Every cohort — at every certification level — runs the same four-phase framework. The level determines the content. The framework never changes.
Week 1–2
Foundation
Core framework introduction, individual AI readiness assessment, cohort introductions, and goal-setting for the 90-day arc.
Week 3–8
Implementation
Live sessions, hands-on builds, real business applications. Cohort members work on actual implementations — not simulations.
Week 9–11
Integration
Peer review, refinement, and case study documentation. Each cohort member finishes with a portfolio-ready proof of implementation.
Week 12
Certification
Final assessment, credential issuance, and formal introduction to the Pure Expertz™ ecosystem — as a certified member.
