Engagement Agreement

Pure Expertz™ is an alternative education, investment, and business incubation platform. We help business owners and professionals move from reactive to proactive operations — using AI workforce systems, financial education, and a network of trusted service providers.

Select the option that best describes your participation:

• Engage in good faith with the Pure Expertz™ ecosystem
• Follow Block by Block AI Safety & Security Alliance standards
• No misrepresentation of services, credentials, or outcomes
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

Either party may work with other organizations without restriction. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

• Open Office Hours: Free
• 3-Day Forum: As published at registration
• TSP Membership: $47/month
• Cohort Commissions: 30% to Cohort Creators filling 6+ seats
• Referral Arrangements: Subject to separate written agreement

All other financial arrangements will be documented separately in writing.

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential — including frameworks, SOPs, client data, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Effective from date signed. Duration: 12 months. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
